Legacy Toys is a specialty toy store founded in Minnesota in 2012, focused on creating unique, fun, and repeatable experiences for families and kids of all ages. As a Shift Lead, you will maintain high energy levels, ensure the smooth operation of the sales floor, and guide the team, particularly when the manager is unavailable. This position serves as a crucial link between associate and management roles.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience required
- Comfortable with opening/closing and cash responsibilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- A problem-solver who handles the unexpected without rattling

Responsibilities
- Open and/or close the store, following all procedures accurately
- Lead the floor during your shift — keep the team focused and supported
- Be the point person for guest concerns and questions
- Handle cash, registers, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Keep the store stocked, clean, and shoppable throughout your shift
- Assist with receiving, transfers, and special orders
- Support training of new Associates; share updates and wins with the ASM/Store Manager
