This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes is also required, along with merchandise recovery and maintenance. The role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interacts positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This position also involves cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
