This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The team member will also be involved in truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, they will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also includes participating in stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact positively with others, and maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
