The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position also assumes shift management responsibilities in the absence of an Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role involves leading store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising customer service levels on the retail showroom, and ensuring adherence to company policies for various operational tasks. This includes processing online orders, special orders, returns, and ensuring merchandise is invoiced correctly. The specialist is also responsible for communicating Zipline messages, delegating merchandising tasks, ensuring team members adhere to schedules, and performing all store opening/closing duties, including handling money, deposits, and securing the building and vehicles.
