About The Position

Build customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for their art. Help customers shop our store and be able to find what they’re looking for. Provide a safe, clean and clutter-free environment. This role involves adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance, executing Company policies and standards, and embracing personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions. The Senior Custom Framer is expected to deliver sales and production results, act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager, and be a resource to assist and train other Team Members. They will also support the Framing Manager in driving KPI’s achievement and complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time. Maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment, is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role requires delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop and find what they are looking for, and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Providing a fast and friendly check-out experience while adhering to cash handling standards, following SOPs and Company programs, and supporting shrink and safety programs are also essential. The Senior Custom Framer will interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values, and project a positive image as a role model. Participation in truck un-load and stocking processes, operating the cash register and executing cash handling to standards, acknowledging customers, helping locate product and providing solutions, engaging customers on benefits of Rewards and completing enrollments, and educating customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys are also part of the role. Other duties as assigned.
