About The Position

Securitas is a global company offering advanced and sustainable security solutions. We are seeking Retail Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling various locations. The role involves preserving order by enforcing client regulations, providing customer service and information to clients' employees and customers, and safeguarding people, property, and assets. This position plays a key role in deterring criminal activity, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining order.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Reliable means of communication and transportation.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safeguarding people, property, and assets of the client or organization.
Monitoring premises for suspicious activity.

Providing a visible security presence.

Maintaining order.
Actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Providing customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
