About The Position
We are currently seeking experienced and professional Retail Security Officers to join our team in Staten Island, NY. This position is ideal for dependable security professionals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients, employees, and visitors.
Requirements
- Active NYS Security Guard License required
- Must be able to stand and remain active for the duration of assigned shifts
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Must be available to Friday through Sunday 9:00AM to 10:00PM
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail security experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property
- Monitor customer and employee activity
- Conduct routine patrols and respond to incidents as needed
- Enforce site policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
- Complete incident reports and documentation accurately and thoroughly
