Requirements

Active Level 1 Guard Card REQUIRED (AZ Unarmed Guard Card must have, or must be willing to obtain one)
18 years of age or older
21 years of age or older to drive company vehicle
Driver's License
High school degree or equivalent
Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
Professional demeanor and appearance

Responsibilities

Detect any suspicious behavior and deter vandalism, thefts, or any other criminal behavior.
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
Patrol the interior and exterior of the property and several buildings to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks, and undesirable conditions.
Report alarms or request police, paramedics, or fire departments in case of emergency.
Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
Complete parking patrols and issue violations, as deemed necessary.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Deter criminal activity and misconduct.
Maintain awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations and post orders.
Lock and unlock areas according to the site’s opening and closing procedures.
Patrols may be completed on foot or by a Marksman vehicle.
