Retail Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to support its retail team. Sales Associates help deliver positive sales results, provide excellent customer service, represent the Clarks brand, and maintain an organized and visually compelling store environment. The role includes organizing merchandise and back stock, recommending additional products when appropriate, following loss-prevention procedures, and completing assigned tasks. Employees may receive a product discount and may be eligible for medical and dental plans under ACA guidelines, as well as earned sick leave under applicable local laws. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
