About The Position

Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, represent the Clarks brand, and help maintain an organized and visually compelling store environment. The role also involves completing assigned tasks, following loss-prevention procedures, and contributing to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
