About The Position

This is a permanent part-time role estimating 10-15 hours per week, depending on store size and project requirements. Retail Scan Associates visit designated stores weekly to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The collected data is analyzed to improve sales performance for products and retailers. This role offers workplace independence, flexibility in hours, and job consistency, with continuous physical activity throughout the workday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store.
• Use a downloadable app on their mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Provide the quantity of approximately 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning on the entire store.
• Perform Custom Projects which may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store per week.
