About The Position

Uses effective sales techniques to sell our product and guide customer to a sales decision. This role involves accurately and efficiently ascertaining the part or product a customer needs, using company software to check availability and pricing, and gathering pertinent customer information to provide exceptional customer service. The salesperson will also follow up on quotes, build professional relationships to sustain and increase sales, meet sales goals, and improve skills through training and education. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures is required.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers and other employees of the organization.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.

  • Bilingual is a plus.

  • Responsible for meeting sales goals, self-evaluating and scheduling training or education to improve.
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures.
