We’re looking for a Retail Salesperson to one of our client’s retail locations during an exciting phase of growth. This full-time role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, actively support sales performance, and ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience through outstanding service, product knowledge, and sales-driven support. This position comes at an important time for the retail team, and the new hire will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the brand’s ongoing growth and presence in the market.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably in home textile retailing
  • Sales and target-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high service standards
  • High motivation and energy
  • Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
  • Disciplined working approach
  • Strong brand representation skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
  • Achieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to overall store performance
  • Use effective sales techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling, to increase basket size and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with brand expectations
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is consistently well-presented and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Assist with stock monitoring, replenishment, and coordination with the stock team to ensure product availability
  • Stay informed on product features, campaigns, and promotions to provide accurate and engaging information to customers
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to achieve store goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and store standards
  • Perform additional duties as required to support store operations
