About The Position

The ideal Nordstrom Rack team member enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll make the customer experience quick, easy and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for. A day in the life for Stock Support and Fulfillment involves receiving and unloading freight, unpacking and delivering newly arrived merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards, and preparing and shipping customer’s orders following quality, packing and shipping standards. This role also utilizes inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes, assists in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and provides general support to the store, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Requirements

The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (STOCK SUPPORT OR FULFILLMENT ROLE)
The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Responsibilities
