About The Position

The Retail Sales-custom framing team member builds customer relationships and creates memorable custom framing solutions. The role also helps customers shop and locate products, maintains a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store, and supports sales, framing production, replenishment, cash handling, and other store operations. Work takes place in a public retail store and frame shop. Hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, moving throughout the store, standing for long periods, and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
• Satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC approach.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders to a high standard of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable laws and requirements.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others respectfully, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and budget requirements.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
