About The Position

Join the fun and excitement at Denver Broncos home games as part of the Retail Sales team at Empower Field this season! As a Retail Sales Worker you will help create memorable game day experiences by connecting fans with the team merchandise, collectibles, and souvenirs that make every game special. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, processing sales, stocking and organizing merchandise, assisting with inventory, and maintaining an exciting, clean, and fan-friendly retail environment. Duties may vary by location based on client and business needs. This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time, Game Day Employee. Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be assigned to you. There are no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually.

Requirements

Must be available to work Denver Broncos home games.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome, engage, and assist fans, helping them find the perfect merchandise while creating a fun and memorable game-day shopping experience.
Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy, fan-focused environment.
Stock, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized, inviting, and game-day ready.
Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, protecting company assets, and assisting with inventory and other assigned duties.
