Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.
A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
Flexibility to work part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hand-on tech work.

Nice To Haves

A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).

Responsibilities

Be the welcoming face of our uBreakiFix store, delivering personalized, human-centric customer experiences.
Use your communication skills to enrich each interaction while applying our Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to recommend and upsell Asurion products and services.
Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed.
Balance front-of-house customer interactions with back-of-house tech and inventory tasks.
Support the fast-paced needs of a retail environment as a collaborative team player.
Multitask confidently across customer service, sales, and technology.
