This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise tasks, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role involves participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The team member is expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
