As a Sales Supervisor, you will create outstanding client experiences, mentor your team, build client relationships, and lead by example. You will reinforce the branded customer service experience, drive sales and service initiatives, educate customers, and ensure exceptional shopping experiences. The role also involves operational tasks, back-of-house processes, and contributing to store efficiency. You will mentor and coach the sales team, foster a positive work environment, and model behaviors for lasting client relationships. This role is an opportunity for leadership growth into an Assistant Store Manager or other career advancements within SMCP.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
- Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
- A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others.
- A strong communicator—friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
- Adaptable and flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
