As an Operations Supervisor, you will drive the store's operational efficiency and support the customer experience from behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for sales operations will ensure seamless back-of-house processes. You will lead and manage the back-of-house team to ensure flawless execution of merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization. By working closely with your team, you will ensure operations run smoothly, allowing the customer-facing aspects of the store to shine. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will assist with key tasks such as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with store procedures, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. Your contributions will directly impact the customer shopping experience by enhancing overall store efficiency. Requirements

2+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexible with scheduling needs and can adapt to the business demands.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Passionate about creating operational excellence and ensuring a seamless store experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Bilingual in certain key markets (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks.
Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance.
Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation.
Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with current promotions and trends.
Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss and prevent shrinkage.
Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.
Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom, ensuring all back-of-house areas are clean, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations.
Promote best practices for stock handling and storage to support smooth operations and maintain a safe work environment.
Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
Greet and engage customers when required, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience and reinforcing brand values.
