Join Nespresso as a Team Lead at our one- of- a- kind, US Flagship in the heart of Flatiron, NY! You will help bring our boutique experience to life. Working closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll elevate every aspect of the customer journey through strong leadership and a passion for service. You’ll drive results by coaching your team to become true experts in customer experience and product knowledge, championing warm, memorable interactions with every guest. Your love for creating exceptional coffee moments and celebrating team success will help cultivate a high‑performing, hospitality‑driven culture that keeps customers coming back.

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and lead a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Patience for day-to-day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
  • Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
  • Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist the ASM and SM in leveraging reporting and sales trends to help the store achieve key goals in sales, customer acquisition and service.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes).
  • Care about safety and create a safe, healthy environment for our employees and customers.
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share your knowledge of our coffee and our sustainability practices to build customer relationships.
  • Delight our customers with complimentary coffee tastings and highlight your extensive product knowledge. Your expertise will help build our customer base and boost sales.
  • Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Find ways to champion innovative ideas, adapt quickly to changes, and bring a growth mindset to creatively solve problems.
