About The Position

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! This role is perfect for you if you have recent leadership experience and are passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated rate for this position is $19.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
