About The Position

As a retail sales supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience. You will motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service, cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun! You will also oversee store KPI’s (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety) and maintain a healthy profit and loss.

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment
