About The Position

SMCP is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor for its Sandro store at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California. SMCP, which owns the brands Sandro and Maje, is a global fashion house known for accessible luxury and Parisian elegance. The company operates in over 47 countries and is experiencing growth, with a focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for creating outstanding client experiences, mentoring the team, building client relationships, and leading sales and service initiatives. This role involves educating customers, assisting with styling, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. The supervisor will also contribute to store operations, back-of-house processes, and team development, with opportunities for career advancement within SMCP.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
  • Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
  • A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others.
  • A strong communicator—friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
  • Social media savvy (a plus, but not required).
  • Adaptable and flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
