This position is responsible for customer assistance and sales, as well as assisting in the smooth operation of all back office procedures and policies concerning merchandise and supplies inventory. Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Be fully knowledgeable about EF clothing and fabrics.
Maintain / expand personal customer book.
Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
Process customer shipments & damages.
Perform open / close out procedures.
Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
Assist in stock work.
Be willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the store running smoothly.
