About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Meta products, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Meta products through required training, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on making customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

This is a seasonal role expected to take place from October 2026 through January 2027. It offers an opportunity to get a foot in the door and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

• Engage with customers in the department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals.
