About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create customer experiences. Ongoing training and self-guided learning will help you showcase the latest Starlink products and services.

This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027. It offers an opportunity to gain experience and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

• Three months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals.
• Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees.
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth.
• Discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs to generate future opportunities.
• Continuously improve existing skills and acquire new ones through the company’s learning culture.
• Maintain specified department merchandising and organization.
