About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving customer satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create customer experiences, with ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you showcase Starlink products and services. This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027 and may provide an opportunity to be considered for future roles with Best Buy. You’ll support customers and sales goals in your department, use training and available tools to provide product education and stay current on promotions, identify customers’ technology needs, and help maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Three months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields.
