About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and interest in technology to create customer experiences, and receive ongoing training and self-guided learning to showcase Starlink products and services. This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027 and may provide an opportunity to be considered for future Best Buy roles. You’ll help customers in your department, complete transactions, support profitable growth and sales goals, educate other sales floor employees, and keep department merchandising and organization up to standard.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Three months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields.
