About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving customer satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create memorable customer experiences. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you showcase the latest Starlink products and services. This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027 and may offer an opportunity to be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

The role involves supporting customers in your department, completing transactions, achieving sales goals, educating other sales-floor employees, staying current on promotions, discovering customers’ technology needs, continuing to develop your skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
