About The Position

C.A. Fortune is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to service Woodman's. You will be responsible for selling, building relationships with store management, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts as well as reporting tasks in a reporting system, with varied merchandising opportunities. This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation, clean driving records, valid driver’s license, and maintaining auto insurance are all required.

Responsibilities

Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Woodman's
Function as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution – directly contributing to sales growth
Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, adapt to quickly shifting business needs while consistently delivering sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
Must maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
Must adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing , walking , bending , squatting , lifting , etc. throughout the workday
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
