About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon at a Best Buy store, you’ll provide shoppers with personalized solutions for their mobile needs, drive sales, and create positive customer experiences. You’ll use your people skills and interest in technology to showcase Verizon products and services, supported by ongoing training and self-guided learning. In addition to hourly base pay, the role offers performance bonuses for qualifying activated devices: up to $30 for new mobile line activations and up to $10 for upgrades and peripheral devices such as tablets and watches.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Three months of experience working in customer service, sales, or a related field.
