About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, helping drive customer satisfaction and business goals. You will use your people skills and interest in technology to create customer experiences, and participate in ongoing training and self-guided learning to stay current on Starlink products and services. This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027 and may provide an opportunity to be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

You will support the customer experience in your department, complete transactions, contribute to profitable growth and sales goals, educate customers and other sales-floor employees, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
