About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon at a Best Buy store, you’ll provide shoppers with personalized solutions for their mobile needs while driving sales and creating positive customer experiences. You’ll use your people skills and interest in technology to showcase Verizon products and services. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you stay current. In addition to hourly base pay, you may receive performance bonuses for qualifying activated devices: up to $30 for new mobile line activations and up to $10 for mobile line upgrades and peripheral devices such as tablets and watches. The position includes maintaining department merchandising and organization and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Three months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields.
