About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions. This is a seasonal role that is expected to take place from October 2026 through February 2027. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
