About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and interest in technology to create customer experiences, supported by ongoing training and self-guided learning about Starlink products and services.

This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027. It offers an opportunity to gain experience and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals.
• Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees.

• Discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs to generate future opportunities.
