About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create customer experiences, with ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you showcase Starlink products and services.

This is a seasonal role expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027. It offers an opportunity to be considered for future roles with Best Buy. The role involves supporting customers in your department, completing transactions, driving profitable growth, achieving sales goals, educating other sales floor employees, identifying customers’ technology needs, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
