About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon at a Best Buy store, you will provide shoppers with personalized solutions for their mobile needs, drive sales, and create positive customer experiences. The role uses people skills and an interest in technology to showcase Verizon products and services. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning.

In addition to hourly base pay, the position offers performance bonuses for qualifying activated devices: up to $30 for new mobile line activations and up to $10 for mobile line upgrades and peripheral devices such as tablets and watches. The role also involves keeping up with promotional initiatives, identifying customers’ current and future technology needs, continuous learning, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
