About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create customer experiences. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you showcase Starlink products and services. This seasonal role is expected to run from November 2026 to January 2027 and may provide an opportunity to be considered for future Best Buy roles.

You’ll support customers in your department, complete transactions, contribute to sales goals and profitable growth, educate other sales floor employees, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
