About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for music products at Best Buy, you’ll provide shoppers with personalized solutions to meet their needs while driving sales. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create positive customer experiences and showcase vinyl records, turntables, and other products that help customers upgrade their music collections. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning.

The role also involves keeping up with promotional initiatives, identifying customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continuously developing skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
