About The Position
The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for driving in-store revenue through exceptional customer experience, strong product knowledge, and disciplined execution of the HCO sales process. This position is located at our Roswell location – 10500 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, Georgia 30076.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Engage every customer professionally
- Conduct discovery and recommend products
- Capture customer info in HubSpot
- Create and send draft orders before customer leaves
- Execute consistent follow-up
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain high Average Ticket Value (ATV)
- Meet contact capture and conversion goals
- Actively manage pipeline daily
