About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven, people-focused professionals to join their team as a Retail Tire Sales Representative. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail sales who excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing deals. The position involves working inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, acting as the go-to tire expert after completing a comprehensive, paid training program. Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.
  • Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging customers on the service drive and selling tires to exceed assigned goals.
  • Performing quick tire inspections.
  • Identifying and explaining tire-related issues, recommending service, and quoting prices.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.
  • Supporting store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.

Benefits

  • Base pay: $28.34 –$30.85/hr to start.
  • Target annual commission: $13,200.00
  • Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.
