About The Position
The Retail Sales Representative serves as a friendly, energetic point of contact for customers in a wireless retail store. The role involves presenting devices, plans, and accessories; understanding customer needs; recommending suitable solutions; and supporting customers with device setup and troubleshooting. Representatives contribute to store sales and customer loyalty while helping maintain an organized and appealing store environment. Individual commissions are paid twice a month. Average hourly pay plus commission is stated as $15–$30 per hour, with uncapped commission potential and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
