Responsibilities

  • Passionately promote and sell an exciting array of telecommunications products, driving the company's success while meeting targets with flair!
  • Ensure high-quality interactions to elevate customer satisfaction and create a loyal customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Supervisor to ensure merchandise is current, pristine, and visually appealing through regular inspections.
  • Connect customers with innovative solutions and witness firsthand how your contributions impact the store's vibrant atmosphere and overall performance.
  • Master the six steps of the sale: Meet and Greet, Build Rapport, Fact Find, Presentation, Close, and Follow Up to meet monthly sales targets while ensuring a stellar customer experience.
  • Assist the Store Supervisor with inventory management, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing supply orders effectively.
  • Engage actively in team meetings to brainstorm innovative sales strategies and embrace a collaborative spirit to enhance overall team performance.
