As a Retail Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our Outdoors Business brands, including Larson, Therma-Tru, and Fiberon, across retail partners throughout Western Pennsylvania. You'll build strong relationships with store associates and leaders, deliver product training, execute merchandising strategies, and help drive sales growth across Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, and other retail accounts. POSITION LOCATION: This position supports approximately 71 retail locations throughout Western Pennsylvania. Candidates should reside in or near the greater Pittsburgh area, with regular travel throughout the territory, including Altoona. Daily local travel is expected, along with occasional overnight travel (approximately 3–4 nights per month). A company expense card is provided for approved travel-related expenses.
