About The Position

Full-Time Retail Sales Representative at T-Mobile Premium Retailer - TCC Wireless. This role offers the potential to earn up to $20+/hour with a combination of base pay and commission. The Retail Sales Representative works in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, serving as the primary connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the wireless industry, knowledgeable about the latest products and pricing plans, and passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic demeanor
  • Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Provides world-class customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
  • Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customer accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all channels of the business.
  • Assists store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to operational control standards.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
  • Explores customer needs through thoughtful questions and provides support with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, and processing price plan changes and upgrades.
  • Achieves assigned performance metrics.
