About The Position

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassadors to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on building a strong agency culture and providing meaningful growth opportunities. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions across the Edmonton. As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you will represent leading financial brands in high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities. Your role is to engage customers, educate them on financial products, and help match solutions to their needs. Most activations are run in a team-based, energetic environment, with ongoing training and support provided. This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required for events)
