About The Position

Glo Fiber is seeking candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Chillicothe, OH Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to work in a fast-paced environment selling Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting our local communities.

Requirements

• Reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Selling Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
