About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Retail Tire Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for top performers in retail sales who are skilled at building relationships, uncovering needs, and closing deals. You will work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go-to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will engage customers, sell tires to exceed goals, perform quick tire inspections, identify and explain tire-related issues, recommend service, quote prices, maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams, and support store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Requirements

2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience.
Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.
Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems.
