Retail Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The goal is to help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services by initiating conversations and setting appointments in a clear and friendly manner. This is a full-time or part-time position with guaranteed base pay plus performance bonuses, and uncapped bonuses. Full-time employees receive benefits, PTO, and 401K. The company provides paid training and opportunities for advancement. The team is described as talented, professional, and fun.
Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.

- Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
- Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
- Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
- Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
- Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
